What Infiscroll collects when you contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
What information do we collect?
Infiscroll collects only what you choose to send us. The enquiry form on this website collects four fields: your name, your email address, the service you are interested in and your message. Nothing else on this site collects personal information, and we do not ask for payment details through the website.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we hold whatever you send in that conversation: typically your name, your number or email address, and what you tell us about your project.
Like any web server, our host records standard technical request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, timestamp) in its access logs. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
Why do we collect it?
One reason: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. We use your details to send a quote, arrange a discovery call, and communicate during a project. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who else can see your data?
Your enquiry is delivered to an Infiscroll email inbox and stored on the servers of the companies that host our website and our email. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not transfer your data to any other third party unless the law requires it.
How long do we keep it?
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records, and then deleted.
Does this website use cookies?
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies only when you log in to the admin area, which visitors do not do. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, this page is updated before they go live.
What are your rights?
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@infiscroll.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights, for example India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or the GDPR if you contact us from the EU or UK. Those rights apply to you and we honour them regardless of where you are located.
