The terms that govern this website and the work Infiscroll carries out for clients: quotes, payment, ownership, revisions and liability.
What do these terms cover?
These terms cover two things: your use of infiscroll.com, and the services Infiscroll provides to clients. Where a signed proposal or contract says something different from this page, the signed document wins.
Are the prices on this website fixed?
No. Every figure published on this site is a starting price for the scope described beside it. Your actual price is confirmed in a written quote after a discovery call, and depends on page count, features, integrations and content. A published starting price is not an offer capable of acceptance. All published figures exclude GST, which is added as applicable.
How does payment work?
Projects begin on receipt of the advance stated in your quote, with the balance due against the milestones the quote sets out. Prices exclude third-party costs (domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock media, ad spend) which are billed at cost or paid by you directly. Recurring services such as SEO and digital marketing are billed monthly in advance and either party may end them with 30 days’ written notice.
Who owns the work?
You own the final deliverables (design files, website content, and custom code written specifically for you) once the project is paid in full. Until then Infiscroll retains ownership. Infiscroll keeps ownership of its own pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grants you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverable. Third-party components stay under their own licences.
How many revisions are included?
Each quote states its revision rounds. Revisions cover refinement of the agreed scope; a change to the scope itself (new pages, new features, a new direction after approval) is quoted as additional work before it starts.
What do we need from you?
Projects run to schedule when content, feedback and access arrive on time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you supply and for holding the rights to any text, images or trademarks you give us. Where material delay comes from the client side, timelines move accordingly.
What results are guaranteed?
We guarantee the work, not the market. SEO, AEO and advertising outcomes depend on search engines, competitors and platforms outside anyone’s control, so Infiscroll does not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic figure, citation or conversion rate. What we do commit to is the scope, the method and the reporting described in your quote.
What is Infiscroll liable for?
Infiscroll’s total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
